Resident Doctors at the Institute for Family Health visited our LES Harm Reduction Center to assemble kits to test drugs for xylazine and fentanyl. These kits all contain sterile water, cookers, the test strips, and instructions for use. We distribute almost 1,000 such kits every month, and they save lives.
