April Watkins, Chief Program Officer at Path to Jobs, has been named a 2025 Nonprofit Trailblazer by City & State! This award highlights key leaders in New York City’s nonprofit sector, including executive directors, presidents, and CEOs of major organizations as well as other exemplary nonprofit staffers spearheading innovative programs and initiatives.
This prestigious honor recognizes April’s more than two decades of work helping underserved New Yorkers overcome barriers to meaningful employment, as well as her extraordinary leadership in implementing Path to Jobs’ workforce programs.
