Eugene Eppes, Community Linkage Specialist at Alliance, does amazing work for vulnerable New Yorkers. He helps HIV positive people being released from incarceration secure housing, access essential services, and satisfy components of their release to avoid recidivism. He recently spoke with POZ about his work, and personal experiences.
