Alliance for Positive Change addresses the immense challenges and health care inequities confronting low-income New Yorkers living with HIV and other chronic illnesses.
We vastly amplify our impact by training hundreds of community members to become Alliance Peers who help Alliance deliver HIV prevention, health care navigation, harm reduction, and other life-saving services in New York City.
