Alliance on the Move at Bridge Builders Community Health Fair, Bronx

Alliance On The Move was onsite today at the Bridge Builders Community Health Fair on West 164th Street, Bronx, providing rapid HIV / HCV testing. The team was also tabling to share important information on health and mental hygiene, and also distributed 20 Covid-19 at home kits.

On Monday, April 11, in honor of National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day (4/10), Alliance for Positive Change staffers, Peers and volunteers offered free and confidential health services on the corner of Lafayette and E 8th Street.

The Women’s Health Initiative Program (WHIP) at Alliance hosts weekly chat and crafting groups every Tuesday, and for a recent event, Old Navy donated flip flops and t-shirts to support the creative process.

Women's Casino Games and Health Fair

Women’s Health Initiative Program (WHIP) provides fun and engaging self care activities for women that promote growth and community. Our Casino Games and Health Fair on March 16, 2022 was to all women, existing Alliance participant or not. Over a dozen ladies came to play Casino games with other women and access information for healthy living! They enjoyed snacks and refreshments, and prizes were provided to our lucky winners!
