Achieves outcomes-based learning objectives articulated by organizational leadership, by designing and developing Job curriculum content, curriculum-based training materials, job placement training modules, teaching aids and handouts to support peer-learner acquisition of career-readiness ‘hard skills’, ‘soft skills, and subject matter knowledge.  Working within contract-based parameters, timelines and deadlines, this individual will develop high-quality, accurate, up-to-date standardized job readiness curriculum that is solidly grounded in principles of adult learning to create curricula and curricula-related materials. Click here for full position description.
