World Hepatitis Day - Free Hep C Testing

  • The Alliance for Positive Change 64 West 35th Street, 3rd Floor New York, NY, 10001 United States (map)

July 28 is World Hepatitis Day, and the Alliance is encouraging New Yorkers to get tested for hepatitis C. About 75% of Americans with hepatitis C don't know they're infected. Thanks to advances in treatment, hep C is now curable, but testing is important because the vast majority of people do not experience symptoms.

11am - Hepatitis Presentation (Sponsored by Gilead Sciences)
12pm - Community Lunch
1pm - Testimonials/ Panel Discussion
